Q: How many calories are in a bottle of wine? – Jimmy, Dallas
A: That depends on the specific bottle of wine, but according to the USDA nutritional database, available through nutrition.gov, an average 750 mL bottle of red table wine would have 625 calories. An average bottle of white table wine would have 603 calories. See our previous Q&As on how many calories are in a glass of wine here and nutrition labels on wine bottles here.
