Playing It Safe in Italy

I have recently returned from another really lovely trip to Italy. We spent more than a week in the Val d’Orcia, which lies to the south of Montalcino and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. All in all, it was a really welcome break and super time spent with family and good friends. Read more
Once Upon a Time in Australia…

I just spent the last few weeks in Australia and had the chance to eat and drink so wonderfully well. Tetsuya’s in Sydney was amazing, as was so much of the local fare at other spots. Of course, there was plenty of wine to accompany our meals, and we had a chance to enjoy many special bottles. Read more
