A registration for the weekend includes Thursday and Friday evening Grand Tastings, Friday and Saturday daytime sit-down conducted tastings, seminars, and luncheons, and the Saturday evening black-tie "Grand Award" banquet.

  • A tasting of 2005 Bordeaux--wines from the superstars of Bordeaux.

  • A tasting of wines from the West Coast's Rising Stars-great wines from outstanding new producers.

  • A tasting of Wine Spectator's Top Ten wines for 2007, selected by Wine Spectator's board of editors and published in the December 31, 2007 issue-an annual highlight.

  • A blind tasting with Wine Spectator's senior editors. Editors and attendees will all taste blind. No one will know the wines until they are revealed at the end-back by popular demand.

  • A food and wine pairing with the "The Four Chefs:" Mario Batali, Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck, and Charlie Trotter. This crowd favorite is back with a twist.

At the evening Grand Tastings 200 prestigious wineries from California, Oregon and Washington, selected for excellence by the Wine Spectator board of editors, will pour one of their wines. This walk-around event is always considered one of the most educational and enjoyable features of the weekend.

The "Grand Award" Banquet, crowning event of the weekend, is a lavish black-tie evening with special wines, great food and star entertainment. It is the natural conclusion to a weekend filled with new wine experiences and new wine friends.

Cancellation Policy: COMPLETE PACKAGE--A full refund is available until July 1, 2008. After that date, until September 15, there is a $500 per person cancellation fee. After September 15 there are no refunds. GRAND TASTING AND BANQUET TICKETS-Fully refundable until September 26. After that date, there are no refunds for any tickets. Registrations and tickets may be transferred to another person at any time.
